These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Bright Kitchen Connect ("Service"), operated by Bright Kitchen ("we", "our").

Use of Service

You must use the Service only for authorized business operations.
You are responsible for the accuracy of configuration and account access settings.
You must keep account credentials secure and confidential.

Integrations

The Service connects with third-party systems including Uber and Google/Firebase. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies.

Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages, and external dependencies may impact uptime.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bright Kitchen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.
